Laboratory Management

Inventory Management
This module manages a full procurement process consisting of supplier information, purchase orders, RFQs, items management, goods received, adjustments, transfers, re-order alerts, issuance, Chain of Custody, Unit of Measures and item / sample disposals.
Equipment Management
This module maintains equipment information, tracks equipment calibration and preventive maintenance schedules, maintenance or calibration certificates, repair records, repairs status, sending out maintenance or calibration notifications and authorization of usage.
Customer Relationship Management
The module maintains customer records, customer remote login, interactive dashboard, samples tracking, and analysis reports, orders, invoices, compliance certificates, customer feedback and complaints.
Document Management
This module supports management of documents such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), validated standard test methods, drawings, manuals, and enables their access to authorized personnel.
Personnel Management
The system maintains personnel information such as bio data, training and testing proficiency, academic background and audit trail of tasks performed.
